An exhibition and business forum of manufacturers and entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan opened at the Ashgabat Exhibition Center on 17 March. Representatives of 125 private companies and firms as well as private entrepreneurs will demonstrate their achievements and establish partnerships during the forum.

Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent a welcome message to the participants and organizers of the exhibition and business forum. The text of the message was published in the national press, the Turkmenistan.ru correspondent reports from Ashgabat.

The head of state expressed confidence that the forum will help “develop and strengthen entrepreneurship in Turkmenistan in accordance with new requirements.” “The economy of Turkmenistan is based on market relations. The State encourages and supports entrepreneurship and provides assistance to set up small and medium businesses,” the head of state noted.
