DUSHANBE, May 2, 2009, Asia-Plus  — The Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower chamber of parliament) ratified a government-to-government agreement between Tajikistan and the Russian Federation on mutual protection of the right for the results of intellectual activity used and achieved during bilateral military-technical cooperation.

MPs also ratified an agreement on the council for inter-region and cross-border cooperation within the CIS area and a convention on cross-border cooperation between the CIS states.
