The book “Herbs of Turkmenistan” received the diploma of the 22nd Moscow International Book Fair “for fundamental concept and high level research encyclopedia”. The diploma was handed to representatives of the Turkmen delegation at an official ceremony.
The author of this book is President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The colorfully decorated book, which is the first volume of the fundamental work, provides a broad overview and description of medicinal herbs growing in Turkmenistan. The book aroused great interest of a number of book selling organizations from Russia and CIS countries who have applied for the purchase of this edition and all subsequent nine volumes of the complete encyclopedia of medicinal plants of Turkmenistan.
As the Turkmenistan.ru correspondent reports from Ashgabat, the exhibition of the Turkmen State Publishing Service featured over one hundred and thirty high-level print books on a wide thematic spectrum at the book forum in Moscow.
