Kyrgyzstan and Russia have signed an agreement on economic cooperation program for 2010-2013. The agreement was approved and adopted at the session of the Kyrgyz-Russian Inter-governmental Commission on trade, economic, science, technical and humanitarian cooperation on 27 February, 2010, in Moscow.

The commission’s co-chairman, Energy Minister Sergei Shmatko said the program provides almost 60 campaigns aimed on the development of trade, economy, science, technical and humanitarian cooperation. Expectedly the program will raise bilateral relations and goods turnover between Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
