Dushanbe. 20 August. “Asia-Plus” – In Charkouh Jamaat of Isfara last night five people – all members of one family – killed last night.
A source in Isfara municipal administration told AP that a guard of the field camp, area 5, which borders with Batkent Province of Kyrgyzstan, Abduqahhar Halakov, his wife, two grandchildren and another relative were killed by firearms.
The source said: “The field camp is in a contested area between Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, and the authorities are not making any comments.”
He said that a high-level delegation from the Ministry of Interior from Dushanbe is expected to arrive in Isfara.
