DUSHANBE, March 3, 2015, Asia-Plus — Tajik ruling People’s Democratic Party has reportedly won more than 90 percent of seats in the Dushanbe legislature (Majlis).

“The People’s Democratic Party has won 67 of 70 seats in the Dushanbe legislature,” Ms. Sanavbar Rahimova, the chairperson of the Dushanbe electoral commission, told Asia-Plus in an interview.

Besides, the Communist Party (CPT), the Socialist Party (SPT) and the Party of Economic Reforms (PER) wean a seat in the Dushanbe Majlis each, Ms. Rahimova added.
