DUSHANBE, April 21, 2016, Asia-Plus – A meeting of national coordinators of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is being held in Beijing.

According to the Tajik MFA information department, Tajik Ambassador to China Parviz Davlatzoda is representing Tajikistan at the meeting, which is discussing issues related to preparations for the upcoming sessions of the SCO institutions, including the SCO Council of Heads of State, the SCO Council of Heads of Government and the Council of Foreign Minister of the SCO Member Nations.

The meeting participants are also discussing the issue of participation of the SCO mission of observers in monitoring Tajikistan’s constitutional referendum scheduled for May 22 this year.
