A citizen of Tajikistan, located in the international wanted list for more than 11 years for a series of serious crimes, was extradited from Moscow to homeland, reports the press service of the Moscow Prosecutor”s office.

“A 39-year-old citizen of the RT Farkhod Shosafarov was extradited from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Tajikistan. Over 11 years he was wanted by law enforcement agencies of his country for committing crimes under part 2 of article 104 (murder), part 2 art. 186 (brigandage), part 4 of article 249 (robbery) of the criminal code of the Republic of Tajikistan”, – stated in the message.

Shosafarov was charged with that since 1999 he was a party of an armed criminal group under the leadership of his brother; it was set up to carry out attacks on citizens.

According to the results of the extradition check, conducted by the Prosecutor”s office, the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation adopted the decision to give up Shosafarov.
