Head of Tajik Composers’ Union, Shuhrat Ashourov, was killed and his brother sustained minor injuries on December 10 as their car fell into a 70-meter ravine in Roudaki district.
According to the Interior Ministry press center, the accident took place in the Esanboy jamoat at round 10:30 am.
“Shuhrat Ashourov, 54, died after Toyota-Prado his 35-year-old brother was driving fell into the 70-meter ravine,” said the source. “His brother sustained minor injuries and was taken to the Roudaki central district hospital.”
The cause of the traffic accident is under way.
