A 56-year-old Saadi Kholmurodov drowned in the Vakhsh River in the area of the reservoir powering the Sangtuda-1 hydroelectric power plant (HPP) on December 15 and the operation for search for his body is under way,” Ms. Umeda Yusufi, a spokeswoman for the CES, told Asia-Plus in an interview.
