Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan adopted measures on improving activity of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Uzbekistan on control and supervision over adherence to legislation on labour, population employement and labour protection.
The Government of Uzbekistan adopted resolution, which was signed in line with the resolution of the President of Uzbekistan from 30 December 2009 “On measures on improving structure of Ministry of Labout and Social Welfare of Uzbekistan”, and aimed at creating additional conditions for effective control over adherence to legislation on labour, population employment and labour protection.
The document approved regulation on Deprtment of labour protection under the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Uzbekistan and regulation on the State Legal Inspection of Labour under the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Uzbekistan.
