The Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda on August 26 held a meeting with the regional Director of the Islamic Development Bank for Central Asia countries Hisham Marouf.

As reported the source in the government, the parties expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation of Tajikistan with the IDB in the implementation of joint projects in the spheres of transport and communications.

It was emphasized that most of IDB’s projects, implemented in Tajikistan in the areas of socio-economic development of the country, are nearing their completion.

The parties have discussed the issues related to the acceleration of the project of construction of the road district Shohin-Shikev-Zigar.
