Chairman of the Supreme Court of Uzbekistan, Kazimjan Kamilov, is expected to arrive in Dushanbe tomorrow on a two-day working visit, according to a source in the Government of Tajikistan. 

While in Dushanbe, Kazimjan Kamilov is scheduled to hold a meeting with his Tajik counterpart Shermuhammad Shohiyon to discuss cooperation.  The two will sign an agreement on cooperation, the source said. 

According to him, the document provides for exchange of experience in improving the judicial system, improving qualification of judges, legislative activity as well as in the field of electronic process of law.

Electronic process of law or Electronic lawsuit is an up-to-date phenomenon, concerning the use of computer programs in courts and public departments in sue activities. It is a theme of worldwide scope.

The sides are also expected to discuss issues related to exchange of delegations, conducting consultations on topical legal issues, etc., the source added. 

The Supreme Court of Uzbekistan is the most senior body of civil, criminal, and administrative law in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
